Adrian Ciesielski is a sales and operations veteran with over 10 years of experience working in Africa. He has a deep understanding of the African market, and has successfully launched/managed several businesses throughout the region. Adrian is the Regional Sales Director (East & South Africa) for Eskimi- one of Africa's largest AdTech networks. In this role, he is responsible for growing the business across East and South Africa, as well as developing partnerships with key players in the region. Prior to Eskimi, Adrian held a number of senior sales and operation roles at MFS Africa- a leading mobile payments company in Africa. At MFS, he was responsible for launching Beyonic- an innovative mobile money platform that allows customers to pay bills, top up airtime, and conduct other transactions using their phones. Adrian was also the Head of Sales and Operations for Greater Africa at Ad Dynamo. In this role, he was responsible for managing revenue ($5M) and partner operations for Twitter, Snapchat, Verizon Media, and Blue Robot across 46 countries. Adrian is a strategic thinker with a focus on operational excellence and revenue growth.
